Terms of Service

This indicates the agreement between the artist and the client. The client must respect and abide by the terms in order to use the offered service.

The artist can only take 3 clients at a time.

  1. Refusal of Commission: I reserve the right to refuse a commission. My schedule can be hectic, so I apologize if I cannot accept your request.

  2. Artist’s Rights: The client is purchasing the artist’s labor only; I retain all rights to the commission. Please ask me first if you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes.

  3. Pricing and Payment: The agreed price and payment must be made prior to the start of work. We need to settle on the entire piece first—pose, lighting, color, etc.—so please do not send any payments before we have a clear agreement. This is for your benefit!

  4. Changes After Payment: I can accommodate minimal changes after payment has been made, with no additional charges.

  5. Refund Policy: I can't issue a refund once we agree on the draft. If you wish to cancel the commission, I will not charge you the full price, but I cannot refund the deposit (which is 30% of the artwork's price) for the draft and work I did. Sorry but please understand!

Rate | Artworks

This section explains the artist's rate and base price. Fifty percent of the payment must be made once drafts have been seen and agreed upon by the Client or prior to the Start of Work. The artist will confirm the payment and any further work on the Commission will be with-held until the full price is paid.
